In October 2007 the club was approved to change its name to Condell Park Football Club or CPFC. The club was originally known as Condell Park Soccer Club and is one of the original soccer clubs in the Bankstown Area. Over fifty years ago Condell Park FC ran onto the field for the first time and since then Condell Park FC has never missed a season.

The strong tradition of developing youth soccer has continued over the years with Condell Park FC and is stronger than ever. Condell Park FC was one of only a few soccer clubs in the Banstown area to have five ladies teams compete in the 2006 season. The age groups were, 12, 14, 16, 18 and All Age.

Condell Park FC is affiliated in the Bankstown District Amateur Football Association (BDAFA).

Junior teams are always strong, starting from age group 6 up to age group 17. Condell Park FC is also proud to field a Premier League 2 squad.
